The Challenge
A logistics business needed a way to manage orders between shippers, delivery riders, and internal admin staff, without relying on scattered spreadsheets, calls, and manual coordination.
What We Built
A connected, multi-portal system with three separate interfaces: a Shipper Portal for booking and tracking orders, a Rider Portal for managing deliveries, and an Admin Portal for overseeing the entire operation, including automatic billing calculation and delivery slip generation.
The Result
Shippers can book and track orders independently, riders get clear delivery assignments, and admins have full visibility into who has what, what is delivered, and what is billed, all from one connected system.
